Services Provided
Minimize & Organize Co. provides professional home decluttering, organization, styling, and related consulting services, offered in-home, virtually, or through digital products and memberships. All services are customized based on client needs, space, and goals. Results may vary depending on participation, volume of items, and time allotted
Booking & Payment
All services must be booked in advance. Payment terms, deposits, and package pricing will be outlined at the time of booking. Full or partial payment may be required prior to services being rendered. Accepted forms of payment will be disclosed during booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24-48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of deposits or full session fees. Minimize & Organize Co. reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the workspace and disclose any known hazards, including but not limited to mold, pests, or structural issues. Clients must be present or available during sessions unless otherwise agreed.
Clients make all final decisions regarding items to be kept, donated, or discarded. Minimize & Organize Co. will not remove items without client approval
Donations & Disposal
Donation drop-offs and disposal services are not guaranteed unless explicitly included in your service
package. Minimize & Organize Co. is not responsible for donated or discarded items once they leave the client’s possession. Donation receipts are not guaranteed.
Styling & Product Recommendations
All product recommendations are suggestions only. Clients are responsible for the purchase and cost of organizing products unless otherwise stated. Minimize & Organize Co. is not responsible for manufacturer defects, delivery delays, or product performance.
Photography and Media
With client consent, before-and-after photos or videos may be taken for documentation, marketing, or educational purposes. Personal identifying details will never be shared without explicit permission. Clients may opt out of photography at any time by notifying us in writing
Health, Safety and Liability
Clients acknowledge that organizing services may involve lifting, moving, or rearranging items. Minimize & Organize Co. is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or structural issues within the home.
Clients agree to hold Minimize & Organize Co. harmless from injuries resulting from unsafe conditions not disclosed prior to service
No Guarantees
While we strive to deliver exceptional results, Minimize & Organize Co. does not guarantee specific outcomes. Organization systems require ongoing maintenance by the client.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, methods, guides, and systems, is the intellectual property of Minimize & Organize Co. and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission
Memberships and Digital Products
Memberships, digital downloads, and virtual services are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Access may be revoked if these Terms are violated.
